Francois du Rand (DA) has been elected as Swellendam’s Executive Mayor, with J du Toit Loubser (VF+) stepping into the Speaker role.  

Standing alongside DA councillors, they reaffirm that the DA/VF+ coalition remains strong. With a firm focus on service delivery, Loubser assures residents that Swellendam’s future is the top priority.
